Ranguma said these obsession with rumour mongering was creating unnecessary diversion from the on-going national voter registration drive in the area . Ranguma said sensitizing people to register as voters in large numbers enlisted ahead of the 2017 general elections should be the main focus of attention by local leaders from both sides of the political divide as opposed to engaging in personal attacks.
