Kenya Bans Protests in Large City Centers

Kenya's Interior Minister Fred Matiang'i announced Thursday that demonstrations will be banned in the central business districts of Nairobi, Mombasa and Kisumu, while noting that peaceful demonstrations and picketing are allowed by the constitution.
